Platterful is the first all-in-one charcuterie experience. We deliver you a kit packed with the finest artisan meats, cheeses and other accompaniments. We even include the cutest compostable serving materials! Finally, we provide unique educational materials and instructions that are easily digestible. 

It's a fun experience to put together your board with everything included in your kit. Your finished product will have you and/or your guests drooling.

We provide a few ways to experience Platterful:

1) Subscriptions - You can sign up to receive a new Platterful box each and every month. You will receive new meats, cheeses, crackers, spreads and other items on a monthly basis. This is the cheapest way to experience Platterful as you subscribe and save $$ each month!

2) One-Time Purchases - Need a box quickly? We offer single purchase Platterful boxes, as well! Don’t forget to grab a board, knife set, and other fun accessories from our shop to elevate your experience!

3) Corporate Gift Giving & Events - Looking to provide your team or customers a delicious and unforgettable gift? Or want to experience a virtual 'how to' board building class? Just click here for all the details.

Absolutely! We are very proud to partner with No Kid Hungry. In fact, for every Platterful box sold, we donate 10 meals to children in need! Check out our Giving Back page to see how many meals we have donated to date.

No worries! 90% of the products you'll receive are shelf stable. The cheeses will ship with ice and insulation. Just be sure to refrigerate your cheeses & meats upon delivery.

Also, we suggest checking 'best by' dates and expiration dates on individual products for the exact shelf-life.

You can even pick when you want your kit to ship! Please see "Can I Pick When my Kit Will Ship" for instructions on how to do this.

Estimated serving sizes:

• Standard: Feeds 2-4 as a small appetizer or 1-2 as a meal
• Large: Feeds 6-8 as a small appetizer or 2-4 as a meal

It is possible that you will have some leftovers as we really pack our kits to the brim! Just see the individual product labels for storing instructions and 'best by' consumption dates.

Due to the nature of our food products we cannot accept any returns for Platterful orders. If there are any issues with your kit or items you purchased please reach out to hello@platterful.com and someone on our team will quickly make it right! 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Please note: cancellations are for future renewals only, and not for the boxes already prepaid (3/6/12-month subscriptions). We cannot refund prepaid subscription orders.

We take great pride in packing your Platterful kit. However, if there are any issues with your box please reach out to hello@platterful.com and someone on our team will make it right! 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Please note: we may ask for images if we need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

You sure can! Now when you add kits to your shopping cart you'll be able to choose a shipping date in the next 30 days in advance for when you would want your kit to ship.

Some helfpul tips:

• After you add a kit to your cart you'll be able to select the ship date (right above the checkout button)
• Platterful kits will arrive 2 days after your selected ship date in most cases. Reminder: Platterful ships on Mondays & Wednesdays
• For prepaid subscription orders (3, 6 or 12 months), you can select the date of your first shipment and then subsequent shipments will arrive monthly after your first kit
• If you need customization beyond this, just write into us at hello@platterful.com and someone will be happy to help!

WHEN: 

We ship all Platterful orders on Mondays & Wednesdays each week. All orders placed prior to 8am EST on Monday will go out that same Monday. Then, all orders from Monday 8am to Wednesday 8am will ship on that same Wednesday.

Subscriptions renew on the 5th of each month and those future boxes ship on the 3rd week of each month.

We proudly ship domestically to all 50 of the United States.

You must provide a valid physical address when placing your order. Please do not use PO boxes.

• Standard Size Platterful Box - $10

• Store Items Only (Non Cheese) - $5
• Store Items Only (Cheese) - $15

DELIVERY SPEED:

We strive to get your yummy charcuterie kits to you as quickly as possible. All order are shipped express 2-day to arrive expeditiously. If your order ships on a Monday, you should have on a Wednsday If your orders ships on a Wednesday, you should have it on a Friday.

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery to receive your package.

Indeed! Your charcuterie kits are shipped with industrial-grade insulation and ice packs to help keep items cool while in transit.

The ice bags are designed to melt in transit, so they will not be frozen when your box arrives. No worries - this is totally normal! When you receive your box, place the cheeses (& meats if desired) in your refrigerator.
