General
Platterful is an all-in-one charcuterie experience with artisan meats, cheeses, accompaniments, serving materials, and guidance to help you build your board. You can order subscriptions, one-time kits, and corporate gifts or events.
Yes. For every box sold, Platterful donates enough to help provide 10 meals to children facing hunger. Learn more on our Giving Back page.
Most products are shelf stable. Refrigerate the cheeses and meats when they arrive and check the individual best-by dates. You can also choose an available ship date to better match your event.
The Standard Kit feeds about 2–4 people as an appetizer or 1–2 as a meal. The Large Kit feeds about 6–8 as an appetizer or 2–4 as a meal.
Returns & order issues
Because Platterful sells food products, we don't accept product returns. If there's a problem with your order, email hello@platterful.com so the team can help. Cancellations apply to future subscription renewals; prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month orders aren't refundable once purchased.
Email hello@platterful.com with the issue and we'll work to make it right. We may ask for photos when they're needed for a carrier claim.
Shipping
Yes. Choose an available ship date in the cart. Kits generally arrive about two days after shipment. If you have a specific timing need, contact us.
Platterful ships on Mondays and Wednesdays and ships to all 50 U.S. states. A valid physical delivery address is required; we can't ship to P.O. boxes.
Standard shipping is $10 for Standard Kits and $15 for Large Kits. Other store-only shipping rates vary by what is in the order. Express two-day delivery is also available where offered.
Perishable items ship with industrial insulation and ice packs. The ice packs are designed to melt in transit. Refrigerate the cheese and meat as soon as your box arrives.
