I thought this charcuterie was really good and the quality of the ingredients was excellent but I do feel like it was missing one or two different complementary foods to complete it, and give it a full 5 star rating.
I love the variety of items I receive - only need to add fresh fruits, if you want. I really enjoy trying different cheeses and have learned that I particularly like the brie and goat cheeses. It’s been fun learning how to put together a platter.

I bought my husband a subscription for his birthday in December. When the December box came, we enjoyed it with a few of our friends on New Year’s Eve! Have had 2 boards so far. Loved our first, second not as much but more because I don’t love spicy cheese. There is a great variety on what you get. The smaller board is good for 2 with a little left overs. Wish I could better predict when board coming.

The subscription was for my daughter and her husband. They are newly married and like making charcuterie boards. My wife and I happened to be visiting when the first one came. They were VERY happy with the gift. My daughter pulled out one of her boards and dressed it up. We found the meats and cheeses and spreads first rate and literally ate everything on the board before dinner. My daughter and her husband cant wait to see what is coming next. Hopefully we will be invited again.

Great board, looks elegant with the knives
My wife loved her first box that she received on Christmas Eve! We shared the components together and I have to say, and she will agree, that this is one of the best charcuterie platters we've ever shared. The meats were fantastic, the cheese was rich and flavorful and all the little add-ons really make it a special occasion. My only complaint would be instead of getting all boxes shipped one after the other for 3 months I wish there was a quarterly option. I think it would be great to be able to buy 4 boxes and get one every 3 months. But maybe this could be an idea for the future.
