Christmas gift miss

Overall, the individual items were tasty but the package arrived incomplete and a complete mess. The jam was empty upon opening and covered other items. Items were missing like the serving utensil that is supposed to be in every box. Overall, a missed opportunity and the recipient's feedback was "great idea, but hope you sidnt waste a lot of money." Which I did the pricing on this is quite high compared to other deliverables where the same cost would get you multiple boxes, some up to six-months.

Gifted one box and the recipient said everything so far was very good with the Soppressata from Giorgio being the best that they'd ever had.
